I really hope these partnered companies can fork out some funds towards construction cost without too much dilution.
ARU are due to release a construction cost analysis this month and I believe it will be at least double what has been quoted in the past. I think that's what the smart money is waiting to see.
If they can keep costs down and bring hyundai and co. into the funding you may see a march into to ASX200. That would allow super funds etc to invest, that aren't allowed at present MC. You may also see govt grants made available at that point of derisking.The public purse is heavey but rusted shut at the moment.
