I was surmising that the 60,000 shares might be your mate’s order. With his/her 60k at $1.675, it creates a nice floor but the the bots will sell left-to-right all day at a half cent or cent above him and he won’t get any shares. Get him place couple of smaller parcels (10,000 shares) at half cent increments, with the highest at $1.69 to stop the left-to-right, as once you are on the bid, the bots are forced to sell to you to re-establish the left-to-right (or jump over you and establish left-to-right at a higher price).
Once they sell you 10,000 shares, give them some time to push the price down…. and repeat with the next 10,000 shares….
