If neu sign up a group for ROW then surely the following happens.
1/ the row group hops in at a premium with no guarantee they will ever get the product. Hope, yes. But no guarantee.
2/ a row deal would heavily block any take over option.
3/ you'd need someone with significant existing European and Japanese distribution.
4/ Acadia does not meet this criteria.
5/ you'd need to give row to someone that has the ability to take out Acadia.

And I must admit I'm warming to sillazze thoughts from years back.
And it's that Roche......... (I think he said Roche) has been in this from the start.

They could actually pull off all of the above.
