Have you read the continuous disclosure rules for the ASX? A reminder:

Under Listing Rule 3.1, an entity must disclose all information concerning it that it becomes aware of from any source and of any character, if a reasonable person would expect the information to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities.

I know we are in suspension, but another company we used to be tied into through from our MD announcing on the Canadian stock exchange that it had applied for a exploration licence on a tenement that we currently own might juuust be considered material...even if its source is from a dubious character in Klaus.
