Wanting to line the ducks up and wanting the FACTS here to be credible as a complainant to ASX and ASIC so I am after a bit more information. I'm not a lawyer or a SI, just someone who seeks justice to stop the clowns running this circus. (@BeanCounter was once effective in getting the board to drop some crazy performance bonuses before one AGM by a joint effort. So I am hoping to do my bit on behalf of LT holders, although I recommend several people lodge complaints. Mind you I was baffled at another AGM when we had the chance to vote AV and SS out, that Beancounter about the day before the AGM emailed his block of supporters and suggested T20 consensus was to keep AV and SS, as PP thought highly of AV's (VERY EXPENSIVE) input. I remember voting as part of his block, when if I had voted to get them out it would have been very, very close as I recall. Regret that decision immensely.)
If GAKS dropped out of T20, should they have issued a Ceased to be a Substantial Holder notice? And if so, did they?
The extra 15 percent of shares to be issued on top of the normal annual allowance, was this facility used to issue shares to Dynamond?
