    I don’t think there was a substantial holder notice when GAKS even became a substantial holder, let alone when they ceased. I remember a bit of surprise and grumbling on this forum about it. It caused a bit of discussion.

    And in the Dyamond announcement, it said that they are being paid using the 15% placement facility.
