ASM yet to issue 'Notice to Proceed' to HEC so no formal commencement of EPCD. I think the quarterly tells us that have spoken on a few occasions but does not say about what.

The Notice to Proceed is subject to all necessary approvals being exchanged by by both parties. Mod Dubbo development application we assume is one from our side. We know from the Department of Planning website this is currently under assessment. The assessment time period seems outside the norm considering consultants have prepared all necessary reports and studies and only 4 or 5 objections. You can contact the applicant and ask him when he spoke to the assessing officer last and if there has been any corrospondence between them that may be a catalyst for slowing the assessment process.

If HEC have issued ASM any approvals , the detais of such have not been released to market.

If HEC have undertaken a pre-feasibility assessment either directly or indirectly (through the consortium fund due diligence), the details of such have not been released to market.

What we do know is -

* that the contract price is up for adjustment.
* ANSTO back in the mix doing sample analysis work of Dubbo mix against new flowsheet for marketing and offtake discussions (rare earth excluded)
* There was no reference to CR funds going towards EPCD.
* Pointy end of the year and HEC can't wait around for ASM.
* Midterms tomorrow in US, war in Ukraine is not going the way we are told. Zelensky is not as portrayed, frightened and in to deep. Russia and North Korea are now in open military trade against UN charter. WW3 so close, lets pray both sides come to their senses.

So we wait as it appears there is no additional information that Rowena, Kerry or the Board (weird policy - I think its a copy of the Alkane one) deem market sensitive.
