Hi gassed maybe it's just a case of the department saying that Icon has taken to long to get anything done on the permit and doesn't want to give them any longer. They may have had interest from another company which they feel could get something accomplished. All just my thoughts which I hope I'm wrong for you and all the other SH. Good luck guys
