What we holders have been looking for in Q3 got postponed by a quarter and that’s fine with me as a long term LKE holder

LKE announcements in Q4 to date

1. Strategic Investment & Offtake Agreement with WMC Energy
2. Strategic Investment & Offtake Agreement with SK On
3. Lake appoints SVP Scott Munro
4. Kachi Demonstration Plant initial results
5. Lake appoints Karen Greene SVP to lead Investor Relations

It is paramount for a company to be proactive and prepare itself for the future. One critical ingredient is getting the right people at the right time. That’s exactly what LKE is currently doing. Recruited CEO, COO, CDO, SVP Scott and SVP Karen. Now that LILAC technology is proven in Kachi with 80% recovery they are moving on ….. from exploration to production.

We may also see in the next 8 weeks of Q4;
1. Kachi Lithium Carbonate conversion and it’s purity from Hazen
2. Kachi JORC upgrade
3. LKE sustainability report
4. Kachi DFS/ESIA
5. Further addition to Executive team, BOD & new HO in Miami

Results from other brine projects might get pushed to Q1 23 along with unconditional offtakes with WMC & SK ON

LKE will be presenting this week in Canada and Noosa. More investors will get to know about LKE & how much they have de-risked. One of Karen’s task will also be to update and communicate with current and future investors.

Again the expected LKE short squeeze in Q3 got postponed to Q4. With LKE/LILAC technology now proven in Kachi with 80% recovery, LKE short squeeze is imminent anytime in Q4. We all know what happens to share price when there is a short squeeze. Don’t we?
