I agree that Andrew Forrest is intelligent and very well informed. I suspect that small investment decisions are made by an investment team as AF has more important and much bigger deals to consider and focus on.
At the time they sold, they were also buying a much bigger Ni opportunity in Canada, so they are obviously very interested in Ni investment but considered the Canadian one to offer a better/bigger return.
IMO, it had nothing to do with the negative reasons plastered on HC by posters having no intimate knowledge of why AF makes investment decisions.
