The shares of ISX were rolled into ISXF 1:1. 30% of ISX AU SOI were the perfprmance shares.Therefore, 30% of ISXFEU was indirectly via performance shares issuance in 2018. You think Karantzis gave up a single share in the assets? Lol.

ASIC allege the 2018 perf shares were issued in breach of the law and at detriment to the public. Its pretty simple to get your head around, although I'd expect you to dispute these basic facts.

If the court rules in favour of ASIC on this allegation the logical conclusiom will be that a significant % of ISXF is illegitimate. But guess what, nothing you or anyone else will be able to do about it...
