Damn that hurts...
Though, with a small amount of hindsight, they should have done with in August/Sept, when things were already tough!
Would have meant a lot of wasted capital and ounces... that could have been mined productively, now wasted!
OBM 2.0...... I do think its the right decision, albeit, bloody late.
OBM has proven that this move is the right one, versus say, WMX and just plain going under.
The asset continues to be worth more than the market cap....

SL now has a huge.... mark on him. In the end, he blocked the merger with WGX. He has been at the helm long enough that if the writing was on the wall, he should have done this earlier.

I am very saddened for all the employee's, I know they were all working tirelessly and none of this is their fault.
Feel for all holders (especially for those that have been here since... Admin!).

The recent share price spike due to NN should have been capitalized on.... etc.
Lots of lamenting to come.
