Gamblers like most successful people work hard at their craft. They do exist and many make huge sums of money. Casinos and Bookies know who these individuals are. For over 90% of would be gamblers however it's a losing game. The punters on powerball etc take 130 million to 1 odds...but funnily enough someone wins. Look at the last Powerball $160 million and yet there were 3 winners. And that folks is the attraction. I have known a number of blokes who have lost their home wife and the whole shooting match on the pokies. Pokies are one of the biggest curses on society them and that laughable forum poster Scott th Ballbag.

Pokies are a blight on society and it truly is a indictment on our society how they are jam packed into every pub. Perrottet has at least spoken about the elephant in the room which has shown a real courage from him and is consistent with his conservative appeal. Whether any true reform can come is to be seen but the power of clubs Nsw cant be underestimated.
