For those on the sidelines thinking of getting in it's good when a director does this (a director - not all directors (-:).

Sell an insignificant amount and do it when they need the dollars and if the share price is going well then good luck to them.

Yes it effects the share price briefly.

Does it effect long term holders ? No !

Do the directors care about long term holders ? Yes !

Does it effect day traders and short term holders ? Yes !

Do the directors care about day traders and short term holders ? No !

Why should they - so get used to it and stop the whinging.
