Floggo, go back a couple of months & view the posts, We spent a lot of time outlining every strategy they used to manipulate the share capital, with ever-decreasing cap raises, where the new shares could make money out of the old shares . then they did the 150-to-one consolidation. Then they did off-market & sub-market convertable shares. All that meant the original holders did nothing & their shares were worth one-seventh of what they had been when they traded for a year at a tenth of a cent. In order to preserve the company they sacrificed shareholder value. Surely 'tongue in cheek ' they said "your board has been working tirelessly in shareholder interests' . Would someone post the photo of JD outside the rear of his home, with the cheesy grin on his face? The photo tells it all.
