    If TAR BOD agreed to allow non shareholders to participate at 2.8c just to dump stock for a 10% in the face of their 3.4 SPP supporters i will be shocked.

    BOD owe those shareholders big time and doubt they will ever use BP ever again if they supplied that much cheap stock to weak 10% punters in the face of that SPP.

    just my opinion but as we all know, morals can be pretty vomity in this game
