Hi trkrkd,
With regards to Director's contributing $200k at the last cr you will find that PP did [was the only Director] to the tune off $200k, this comprised of remuneration that was owed and repayment of a loan. Although this money was included in the cr it was used prior so the revenue from the cr is reduced.
