For asxstocktrader: How do you do a bulk scan on announcement for keywords on any day??

Here's another one you might try: search for the words:
"%pleased to%,
(as in "XYZ is pleased to announce...." ). Then note the time of the announcement, and check the price immediately on resumption after the pre-open 15 minute hold.

Now here's the interesting bit: Check the price 30 minutes later. Is there an opportunity to trade after a company comes out of a hold? I tried this one day, and noted that there indeed was an opportunity for a few companies. In other words, you don't have to rush in to trade the good announcements. Wait a few minutes and get a better price after the initial profit taking. Then ride the second wave after more people read the announcement and get on board.
