    ERSOTERIC I posed that question to the ASX yesterday, and also if things go wrong, MOG and Cue shareholders can belt out any time at their leisure, but no we cannot until an announcement comes out and then if it is a bad announcement we are up to lose thousands of dollars whereas Cue and MOG can go away laughing. I have had two replies from the ASX but as yet have not been given an explanation as to how this can happen.
