    Expected payback is June 2023, being 18 months from the Project start date of January 2022 (when
    capital first started to be spent) calculated via:
    => Taking the Capex of $20.6M, being the total capex of the Project (approximately $4.9M
    already spent)
    => And calculating when cumulative forecast cashflow (starting 1 November 2022) exceeds the
    capex amount of $20.6m - and this occurs in July 2023
