Ann: Proposed issue of securities - SBR, page-38

With all the crossover of the companies SBR, GED and MLS, I started to look at the annual reports of them all, does anyone know who is ,Coniston Pty Ltd, a top holder in all three of these companies.




With so much crossover with all three companies:



These CEOs and directos obviously cant be giving each company 100%, so I was wondering what they are all paying themselvs for operating these companies and making poor decision after poor decision and found this. The remuneration for in the annual reports for all three companies, dont list what Mr Jon Dugdale or Mr Michael Muhling are all paying themselves, instead all three companies (GED, SBR and MLS) have this in the annual report.



Corporate Resource Services Pty Ltd is where all the money is going, a lot of red flags starting to pop up here.
