Mongolian spot prices are at the Chinese border and they are no more than 60 for coking coal only 30 for thermal ATM compared to international prices
coal is sold raw too there are no facilities to clean the coal in Mongolia an won't be for a long time also it is shipped in trucks to the border not that cheap for +100-200kms
not as simple as mine for 20 sell for 200
