Yes, I know.
FTO inhibition has now demonstrated increased efficacy in Chemotherapy, Chemo-Radiation and now Radiotherapy, preclinically.
As Boffins mentioned: Cardio-protection in addition to increased efficacy would provide enormous upside.
We really need confirmation of FTO inhibition from Sheba/EMD AML!
