Mate not a farmer, 300 acres hobby farm, the 7 figure sum they offered him was pocket change. Doesn't really care about property values dropping that much, as no plans to sell, and no mining or transport of ore, likely near his place.
His has about 48 % Al2O3, rest of area near him, much less.

I'm afraid the 20sqK "available" doesn't mean a whole lot.
They may well choose a spot, doesn't mean they will be allowed to mine it. Also dont know whether samples sent to China, will need to be repeated, if they have to mine elsewhere.
As I have said before, nice if they would name another spot, just in case Bindoon falls over.

I will be interested in your views on the company, if mining doesn't commence in the second half of the year.
Would call that a big non delivery of a promise if it happens.

Also worth looking at the people running the "anti" campaign,Clair Meredith and co, are not a light weight bunch.

If it goes into trading halt, so be it.
Rather buy at a buck or above,if need be, when things are sorted.
As long as I buy at less than my average selling price, my psyche wont be too bruised
