$200m raise would buy Morila for free minus outstanding debt (if they don’t negotiate it down) plus pay down over $100m in current debt which they can slowly redraw on as required.

Morila will see another 200koz per year added to their output… would see the >500kozpa with will sub $200m debt. I believe it would be a win the company has not had in a considerable amount of time.

but they are only one suitor… there are plenty more… 3moz resource with staff and a referb plant… good chance they could get that $80m debt down on negotiations.. it’s a very enticing prospect for a current producer that can finance it to positive cash flow.

RSG has just slipped into their cap raise trading halt expecting around $200m.

looks like we will find out shortly if it has any relation to a Morila acquisition.
