it's a good offer. If the management asked me as a shareholder, I'd vote to accept the offer.
Purchased them at 12 dollars, then it went down to 3.5. Then they did CR, debt consolidation, divestment, new CEO, dividend reinstament, octopus, etc. Man, it's been a long journey with them. Until i av.down my position to 5.5. I'm happy if the management to take the offer 9 or above.
