    >So you think loss of revenue is justified.
I think a variance in the number of transactions is inevitable and something mostly out of management control. I think 20% variance around a central average is acceptable.

    >but the transactions go down....
They're still higher now than they were 2 years ago on average, are they not? Plot it out, show me the downward trend.

    >You sound like the "Build it And they will Come man".....lm reminding you that it's just a saying.....
Yes, they should get paid in full by all of their future customers before they start developing the software, of course!
"Hey Malaysians, do you want to start using your phone for all financial transactions? Well, give us money so we can develop it!"

    It doesn't work that way!

Do you know how many people were building computers in their garage like the Steves? Do you know how many people were developing and spruiking integrated software solutions like Bill? Tonnes of effort and capital were entirely wasted. That's just how it goes.

If IOU was focused in just one area, I would not be onboard. They keep onboarding clients, keep making API's, keep integrating with them.

I do not believe that all of their ventures will be successful. But if 25% of them are? That's more than enough to get the ball rolling.

So yes. Some of the money they are spending on dev is a total waste of money and time and will just be basically cash burned (although with that said, it does give their developers and designers more real world experience which in itself is valuable)

It doesn't matter at all if they are successful on just a few.

I really don't understand what you expect - they're not acting as building contractors in an existing market. They're creating the demand for their own product. No one knows they need IOU's services until they're indispensable. But they have to make themselves indispensable first!
