I am informed on 1000% reliable information a shareholder offered to pay for either Zoom or Stream up to $5000 for the AGM two weeks ago , three emails sent with no reply.
Of course that shareholder now doesn't trust the person who was emailed.
That shareholder wishes to be happy tonight upon hearing the recipient is voted off the Board.
