Rods, the short answer is money (or the lack of it)

last report mentioned they only have a $1m or so and until this Court case for Mt Mull comes to an end, cash expended on Lawyer's fees will keep mounting.

The only things really going for Mantle are
1) Coal tenements (Mt Mull - still pending)
2) Phosphate (if they have any anymore)

Everything else incl Gold should be sold (or after further exploration to define resources) to keep this Co as a going concern.
At the end of the day, we're an EXPLORER (speccie) with no production capabilities or expertise. We find something of value we should try & define it and SELL IT as we dont have the resources ($$$) to drill or anything else fancy...
