That was the case last year, it only became apparent when A2 China label slipped into the top 30.
It might still be the case (and China label is ranked outside the top 30 at present). Or it could be that China and English label sales are reconciled under the one brand (which could be one explanation for the improved results). I can't say either way.On Douyin there are flagship channels for both English label and China label.

That links directly to A2 China label channel, but if you search you can also find the official channel that advertise English label as well (which seems much more popular). So if I had to guess I'd say the ranking predominantly reflects English label. I don't see where or how you actually "buy" the product though (and don't have an account) so can't say for sure.
