what happened was, they were going to make the announce as planned on Wed but a last minute check of the papers revealed a missing signature on page 74. The guy who had to make that signature had flown up to Beijing to negotiate some other business up there. So, the papers needed to be couriered up with a DHL person, page 74 needed to be signed, they are now on their way back to Melbourne and when the signatures have been rechecked the announce will be made....
