Look into the Bohai Bay Basin which was discovered by CNOOC International which is listed on the China stock exchange for 62 billion dollar market. Results in the Bihari Bay Basin using Fluorescence were almost identical.
Next 7-10 days and multiple announcements in between company will be valued north of $1 on the complete discovery. 90 percent there and should be trading north of 50 cents already but started from low base so churning through loose hands
