Ive looked into it on more than a surface level, so as to qualify comments i have heard and to have them cross examined by the relevant authority.
He was not able to buy shares for the majority of time since his appointment, that i will reiterate. It was a very fine line and one which would have done noone any service apart from himself and which could have caused a major upset. From what i am aware of, he would prefer to have shares than to not have them, especially at this time when the company has been an 'evolving entity' with solidly changing fundamentals.
Its a big no no, and you sholu;ld find this out for yourself - and can if you read some corporate guidelines, have these explained to you by the relevant authority while quoting to them all of the fundamental changes (objectively) in line with all the sensitive annoucments, of which there have been
18 of out of 8 months.

18/8 - a tough buying window to open my friend.
You should look into it for a better aspect.

PS:
I wonder if the appoiintment of a Director with 60million shares (1 500 000 dollars worth) will boost the buyers up higher today? What are your thoughts?
