    I expect that TOTAL are currently "all over this".

    They don't mind Africa and all that it entails. This is right up their alley, especially now that MozLNG has stalled for the time being.

    They have "deep pockets" (paid a fortune to Apache for 50% of Block-58 in Suriname).

    Give it 6 months.
