So a shareholder in the original vendor company (Abercorn) jumps out and joins Goody in the legal action regarding the conversion of performance rights to shares. (~15mill shares) Again this is a historical matter, it has no impact on the technology or the very exciting verticals this company is rapidly advancing. The company made a commercial decision at the time not to proceed with the scoping study on the Abercorn, they obviously figured that it was in the best interest of ALL shareholders not to proceed at that time. I believe there is a solution to every issue, and my humble opinion is that these issues will be resolved to the satisfaction of all involved. Common sense will prevail. Stay tuned.
