    Borje was understandable because:
    * he had a fulltime job in the USA
    * RAC was too time consuming
    * he wanted to remain an AML specialist and not get involved in other cancers.
    That didn't bother me.

    David's sudden resignation does bother me. If things had been going well (from his perspective), this wouldn't have happened. I don't believe the "more money" argument for one second. He's gone to where he thinks he can make more impact.
