    100% agree...

    I was 2 month away from avoiding CGT when we peaked... so i held on, waiting for that....

    then things like the 1M Customer that would lead us to profitiabilty, etc along the way down kept me holding instead of selling

    - Learnt a very important lesson... you only pay taxes on profits! better to pay out at a higher tax rate while in profit,
