I agree a limit of the amount in both pension and accumulation phase should be introduced; this in turn would reduce the franking credits refunds which in turn; gives the Government more funds for schooling, hospitals etc
Closing the stable door after the horse has bolted. You are part of the problem, saying you are all for not paying taxes within legal limits...which is code for exploiting loopholes. Time and again after contemplating a lifetime of making the rich unconscionably richer, I see a shred of integrity creep in but it's very limited.
We have a culture of tax evasion and failure to comply with the substance of the law, but complying with the letter of the law.
People think it's being clever. Now we have a shockingly divided society and there's this limited amount of handwringing going on.
