Doesn't quite work that way.
There are already lots of historic vertical wells on multiple DSU's (20/40 acre) within the section over the many zones and those wells already hold the reserves in those small acreage positions in the individual zones for which the DSU incorporates. As far as I am aware, a vertical well DSU max size is 40 acres . The BRK DSU is the only horizontal well DSU for the 960 acres , the drilling permit ( yet to be permitted) will be for a fracked lateral well within the Woodford zone, so that is what BRK are required to drill to hold the entire 960 acres in that zone.
