Certainly not disagreeing with anything you said but we could have been more explicit about the 52,000% and timing and there are many ways your post could be interpreted... 2013 and 2014 were good starting years with a lot of fluctuation so it really would depend when one would have bought in...
all that said I agree with you and TKM is looking at me with the same twinkle that PLS did all those years ago...
