That's a hilarious supposition mate.

If the well results BRK have achieved make the land unsaleable, then the whole the SWISH AOI is unsaleable, and also un-drillable, because the 3 BRK wells are all in the top 10 wells drilled so far .

Your "sound" reasoning would explain why there are literally dozens of DSU's being applied for, tens of well being drilled and permitted to be drilled in the area right now by the likes of CLR, Ovintiv, Rimrock and BRK.

This is your second faux pas in trying to denigrate BRK on the well decline side of things. When it comes to well performance, the only thing that BRK were not expecting when they started the HBP drilling program, was that oil and gas prices would be so high, their wells would pay out in less than 12 months, vs the 18-24 months projected. The declines are pretty well as modelled ( Jewell a bit above above, Rangers a bit below on Sundance Kid interference and Flames too early to judge but performing really well up to now) on which the economics were based.

The land will sell mate, or will be part sold and JV'd . When it does , the naysayers will turn into yaysayers ( but won't admit it).
