Nigel mentioned a few times now, that Cath would probably end up with only 9% and AVZ with 51% majority of the project. To get this project rolling, Nigel did most probably some kind of deal with the government of the DRC. The Zijin story will be sorted at the ICC case and accordantly adjusted.
I personally would be happy with the outcome, specially if AVZ keeps the whole CDL....
51% of this super pit .....I won't sell any shares in a hurry.
