I am surprise to see QPM is trading below GM strategic investment and sell volume increase after offtake. I have a theory that Foster Stockbroking is offloading shares for new equity. Foster was a Lead Manager for QPM in the past and I had noticed they built wall with massive sell order before CR and sell order got disappeared after placement was done. My assumption is that Foster has received earlier indication of placement and they are restraining SP.
