One thing is for sure GIP surely attracts a lot of posts for an outfit that has remained relatively static in terms of progress.

Its like a drop in center for all the GIP junkies in some ways.

Sincerely hope that GIP can get this thing off the ground, but Bagman is asking the right question why is the company valued so low. Until now the only certainty with GIP has been more capital raising and more spending on staff and admin.

The really killer is the location and lack of tangible local support, what I don't understand is that if the project is so sound why don't affluent Eygptian investors take a stake and help promote this project instead of resting this burden completely with GIP management and existing shareholders.
