    No matter which way you slice and dice it AVZ comes away with majority stake .
    If Cath are the real deal ,remain solid with AVZ and are happy with 9% then we can't lose . Nigel is on record saying the minimum we go down to is 51% which tells us he has already accepted this scenario should it go that way . He is also on record saying the ML "will happen ." .
