So Ukraine has not used the Himars to hammer Russia as it withdraws from Kherson huh? One has to wonder why. I mean if you can obliterate an enemy why wouldn't you?
Answer: The Himars are under direct U.S Control and Sullivan has ordered that they not be used under the current agreement for withdrawal of Russia from Kherson.
Not that Ukraine is a puppet or anything right ?
