Ebit,
Nwe have only 20% of the resource, plus MIN own 20% of NWE.
I cannot see anyone taking that on other than MIN.
And MIN lost the fight for the Waitsia asset originally so they would not want to lose control of NWE.
Mind you, I thought there is no way a buyer would bid the non-operated part of EP469, and they have done exactly that tonight.
