Yes Chief April could be a big month. The oppies and heads are still being picked off buy people out there ,not huge volumes but some steady trade (For MCO ) all the same. So who is picking up these shares and oppies for the last few weeks. I have picked up a few oppies, i know some others in my town have been buying , a few others on HC state they are acquiring some extras. Without news and a price going backwards i doubt there are to many new MCO fans coming to play . Maybe employees and families with a little more info than us are buying. Considering MCO has always been a fairly low traded stock i find it interesting that there always seems to be buyers popping in and taking them up from the low 20,s and 30,s respectively. A couple of bigger parcels of heads today and a couple of cross trades of oppies also looked interesting to me. We have a little catching up to do to get back to previous highs but i don,t think we will have to wait to long before it starts moving in that direction. If you follow Slr it too has had periods of slipping back quite a long way before heading higher. I too as Chief portrays will look forward to having a clearer view of the big picture unfolding in the near future.
