I don't know a great deal, but I understand the sale was done very reluctantly. It is sad to see someone get themselves into such a position.
I spoke to the company today and it was not only the directors but also the manageement taking up the shares. A good sign that's for sure!! The balance were eagerly taken up and I understand everyone had to compromise on their take up of shares.
