Difficult to hear, but the guy was saying that Cominere was blocking the mining license from being given firstly because AVZ stated the Mpiana-Mwanga station was theirs in their study (DFS) when in fact it was Comineres property, and secondly for inflating their finances in the DFS, then he goes on to say: "we were told that the licence was blocked but now apparently the licence has been given to AVZ"
